Default Different map sensor for tbss im.

Is an ls9 male end of a map sensor same or at least damn close to diameter of stock tbss map sensor? First picture is the sensor I have. Second picture is the sensor I need to run and 3rd picture is the adapter I might run. Thanks in advance

You can use the adapter

I cut the eyelet off the new sensor and drilled out my intake and used the factory clip to hold it in place .

I normally snip the nipple off the intake rear near passenger side and just vaccum hose sener to intake. Leave old map upfront to seal hole

I’m pretty sure it’s the factory retention device

I run the 525 GM map on the TBSS or NBSS style intake, I had to drill out the intake to accept the bigger size of the 525 MAP. This was years ago before they made adapters and all that. My OE bracket clip was broken so I made a quick one out of metal with some foam on it to retain the sensor in boost and used one of the throttle bracket holes.

holley term x comes pre loaded with that MAP so it’s plug and play.

I usually just tap the manifolds for hose barbs and ziptie the map somewhere out of the way.
