FPR and BOV shared boost/vacuum reference line

Default FPR and BOV shared boost/vacuum reference line

Any issue having my BOV share a boost/vacuum reference line with the FPR? I would be using a nipple on the intake manifold. Also, is smaller line better than larger? Any ideal size?

I ran my BOV, hobbs switch, and gauge off a vacuum reference box tapped into the line behind the intake. Only my wastegate has a a dedicated line. I did about 15 searches on here when I was doing mine, and it had lots of walkthroughs.

Porsche uses some popcan sized vacuum reservoirs to handle shared lines.... They are not real expensive , I have 2 on my 03 911 Carerra... (Just to maybe find them i a yard... or nline)

I'm using the UPR six port distribution block on my turbo car.
The wastegates and FPR have their own dedicated line for boost/fuel control accuracy but everything else is plumbed into the distribution block.

Thanks everyone. I have all my other lines figured out.

If I can have the BOV and FPR come off the same 3/8" nipple on the manifold I'm all set. I would have a Y tee right at the manifold and run 2 lines, one to the FPR and one to the BOV. But I'm slightly concerned that there might be fluctuations due to the BOV. But perhaps I'm overthinking it.

I don't se any problems with a 3/8 manifold nipple followed by a Y to the BOV and FPR. Been doing that for years.
