Turbo lq4 rings?

Turbo lq4 rings? I'm trying to find a ring package that will work well for a 2004 turbo lq4 that will be a daily driver. It seems like all I can find are moly coated which I've heard can flake off. This is a stock bore motor that I will run around 14 psi ishhh. Do any of you experienced fellas have any insight you can share? Just got the motor from the machine shop with everything cleaned and hand honed.
Also if you have any input on main bearings?
For the rod bearings in going with clevite cb1776a as my gen4 rods were cleaned up .002.
