Default Tick Ultra Low Profile Intercooler

Anyone used one of these yet? The hood clearance is great with a 9.92" overall height with a lo ram. The way the air comes in and seems to get chopped by the intercooler concerns me a bit.

Sorry no experience with it personally but that looks like a yuge bottle neck and you would likely be better off with a remote mounted intercooler. You’ll also get more surface area which will make it work better and further reduce iat’s.

Thanks, that was my thinking as well. Seems like the sandwich style intercoolers don't seem worthwhile unless you are really pressed for real estate.

Checkout frozen boost they have some decent stuff at prices that almost seem like it's robbery.
