What would cause the box to lose gate pressure signal mid pass? As soon as the box lost signal or what ever made it see 0 gate pressure it skyrocketed the boost to 44psi. Faulty pressure sensor? Mac valves? Not sure if a blown wastegate diaphragm could be the culprit. Has a 6 pound spring in the wastegate. Running c02 with 80psi of bottle pressure. I’ve checked for leaks or wiring issues with no luck.
recently got my project truck going and had a few issues with the boost leash I installed to control the boost. It’s the newer box that came out with the boost controller and pulse all in one. The issue I have going on is the very first pass I made I applied 5 psi to dome and the data log showed it didnt make any boost at all almost like there’s controller didn’t activate so next pass I turned up the leave rpm thinking it didn’t see the 2psi required to activate the box.(5 psi spring in the wastegate) truck made the lick just fine with a total of 12 psi of boost. I went to make the 3rd pass and added 5 more psi to the dome and around 4 seconds into the pass the controller lost signal or something from the gate and started reading 0 on the gate therefore causing the booze to reach 44 psi. I’ll attach a picture of the data log so you guys get an idea. My question is what would cause this ? I plumbed/wired everything per the instructions and c02 bottle set to 80psi. I’ve checked for leaks or wiring problems but all seems good. I emailed Randy with no real luck other than check the stuff I’ve checked over already.

Ps i attached another data log from when I was driving back to the pits and must have gotten over 2 psi and triggered another log but seems to me the graph looks off almost like there’s a glitch somewhere in thr system.
I'm not familiar with the Boost Leash system but I'd start with the basics, check your power/grounds and check your voltage at WOT through the pass to see if it's dropping off.
You hit 44lbs. of manifold pressure and didn't blow anything up?
