On my last build I contacted Man Motion and had them spec me a cam. Only cost like $20 more and an extra week or so. I told them the blower I was running, other aspects of the build, and exactly how I wanted it to behave. The cam they set up did EXACTLY what I wanted. I'm going to contact them again for the build I'm currently working on. For the minimal cost/time involved, I don't know that I'll do an "off the shelf" cam again.
Just my $0.02

OP,
Take a look at our SUM-8707R1. Specs are .600/.600, 226/238, 113+3 with 6* of overlap. It has a wide usable powerband with a steady lope. It’ll be easy to tune and live with on the street in a 6.2 with a 3,600 stall converter.
We’d pair it with our .630" lift beehives. If you're more of a fan of duals, go with the Trickflow by PAC TFS-2500286P .660" lift duals.
Here's an example idle video of the 8707R1 in a 6.2.
