chroming a satin vortech???

would having a vortech v9 chromed be a ok idea...i originally wanted the polished kit but i found a satin vortech v9 with a good price.

what do you guys think? dumb idea or not?

i think having it chromed would be cheaper than polished....right?

I think its a good idea. I am still thinking about maybe chroming somewhere down the line. Its just brighter and stays shinier compared to polishing.

Polished my Satin S-Trim.

Think they used a dremel and wheels.
Looks great.

chroming is a GREAT idea if you wanted to keep as much HEAT inside the (Transmission) unit as you can... so to answer if it was a good idea or not , no its not a good idea.

polish it, so what if it requires a little more effort. if you don't want effort you shouldn't have bought an f-body
