Blower is on and perfectly functioning ... one last question

Blower is on and perfectly functioning ... one last question hey guys .. thanks for the previous help. I took it apart again and made sure the hoses weren't constricted in any way. I fired her up and perfect sound to my ears 
I was a bit worried since I did a lot of work myself but it seems to be good. I will take her in tomorrow for tuning.
But someone told me not to put the injectors and the spark plugs in until right before tuning as to not foul them. What's the deal with this ? I left my stock spark plugs and injectors in for the timebeing

The injector flow rate table has to be changed in the computer for the new injectors. So it could have the mixture way off if you put the injectors in before changing that. There are other changes that will be done as well in the computer. Its probably best to hold off on the plugs too due to the mixture being off.
