logs vs. headers

Is there a big gain with headers over log manifolds with lets say 15psi and 600rwhp?

Yes, less turbulence, less backpressure...etc. Just for example on the Supras the cast manifold makes about 50rwhp less with the same boost and they are flowing much less exhaust volume. This is around the 600rwhp level....

I picked up around ~50rwhp by going from a log to a stock manifold set-up with the same boost/tune/turbo/intercooler. I will get a better idea when I run the car with slicks.
