Just wondering what make/model/kind/style/size radiators you guys are using who are pushing over 600rwhp. My builder wants me to get a custom 30x16 Griffin made but I was wondering if there are any other options out there? Would a 27.5x16 cool significantly less then the custom size? They have a universal one that size that is only $177 at Jegs.... Thanks for any help (as usual)!

Running a C5/LS1 BeCool Radiator from JEGs.

Much better than Stock here in Hot Florida.
Have never had a temp problem since upgrading.

I run a 2 core that was originally built by a local shop. I've since cut it down to 17" tall to fit straight up. Core is about 28" across, from memory.

It survived the Woodward Dream Cruise over the weekend

Hey Invis. Like the setup, honestly this is the kind of chore i've been thinking of doing once I finally get done with college and can get my first project car in a few years. The darton sleaves have interested me but you don't see to many articles out there. Best displacement bang for the buck and to stick with an alum. block? I have a local from around the MD, PA, NJ, DE area that has his shop in PA (actually his new car is my avatar) that believed in under a ton of fun. But big in. stroker motors are a ways off yet, along with getting that CPA license.

WOW! Thanks for all the great responses! When you say 2-core do you mean the 2-row design that they talk about on the Griffin website?
