Procharger Dyno'd
I am thinking its the converter too, its a TCI SS3500 2.5str. Not really a good choice for a supercharger.

This was with:
LS6 Heads
GM Hot Cam
SLP LT Headers
ATI 6-rib D1-SC seeing 5psi
I felt like something was wrong since the power was dropping off at 5200rpm and was worried that it was valve float. Was reminded that the 6-rib pullies slip really bad, so I got the car up on a lift and sure enough, the ATI bracket was covered in a thick coat of belt dust. Installed an ATI SuperDamper and 8-rib pullies. The car drives so much better. Going to get a new WOT tune this upcoming week and also see what kind of numbers I put down.
If you're running the 6-rib pullies, take a look at the ATI bracket and the standoffs. If they're covered in black crud, look at upgrading to the 8-rib.
Has to be belt slip, I never would have imagined I would have run into this problem only running a 4'' pulley.
I reached down to feel the belt and my hand was covered in black belt dust.
Thanks everyone, been a lot of help
