Default Car Cranking Longer Before Starting.

Recently my car is not starting up right away when it is cold like it use to. I first thought that I needed to replace my TR-6s. However, the car starts quickly when it is warmed up already, so I am now thinking maybe it is my Welbro in-tank 255 fuel pump.

What do you guys think?

I have a good feeling it's your walbro pump. Happened to me after installation. Took it back apart, turned out the hose did not hold up to the pressure. Replaced the hose with steel braided and havent had a problem since. Good luck ... plus make sure the filter sock on your pump isn't clogged. While you're doing that, might as well change your fuel filter. Should get better after that
