Ok..Now Im really confused
I want to get some good power out of this kit, but to be reliable of course, since it's my everyday transportation and I use it to plow snow commercially. Once it snows I'm usally out for 13-16 hours straight, truck is never shut down, and it works hard for those hours.
1. My understanding is that the Radix kit has boost all the time, unlike the Procharger. (This is bad ???
)2. You need to drop the fuel tank and install a new fuel pump with Radix, and the Procharger gets an additional pump, however installed Inline near fuel filter.
3. I have heard that the intake manifold will only take about 10psi before it starts to get damaged ?!!?
4. And I have also heard that with the Procharger setup, that the belts are prone to slip, and there is a good amount of wear on the bearings..
Sorry for all the questions, this is my first time at supercharging, so I want to make the right decisions. Thanks, Jason
