Default supercharger + cam question
so i was wondering.... how does a large cam effect compression? i know i need a high lsa like 116, but how much boost could i run 234 / 240 .617 / .634 ? maybe smaller like a 234/234? this is all with stock internals and 6l heads.

basically what i'm wondering is how cam size and lift, not lsa, effect power numbers when put together with a supercharger.

your forged though, I was wondering it the stock bottom end could handly a large cam like that and ~8psi

large cams bleed off compression. Why do you want/need something that big? With forced induction you don't need a big cam.

I agree. You can buy my 220/224 564/567 114lsa cam for cheap and make great power with almost stock idle

I wouldnt push a total stock bottom end past 500 rwhp, also I have forged pistons, crank and rods are balanced but still stock.
