Default rear mount turbo
have you guys seen this article about the STS rear-mount turbo?

It's pretty cool, it mounts where your muffler goes, and the compressed air travelling back up to the motor is cooled before use, just like an intercooler.

it's in this month's popular hot rodding.
do any of you guys have such a system?

There many people running sts turbo's if you do a search in this section on sts turbo's all articles written in here will show up hope this helps ya

Hehe, the STS system is about a year and a half old, give or take. Rick (the owner) lives here in Utah and is a great guy. His systems were tried and tested here in Utah before word got around to everyone else and STS started getting on the map in a big way. Their kits work great

whats the most horse power seen out of one of those on a stock motor

I think it was around 420 at 5psi. Fuel pressure is the first limiting factor.

It is possible to have a stock rear-end with this or will it go to **** after you run it hard say on a stock SS at 5psi??

HP is HP, it will kill your rear in any form if high enough

I have had mine on since Feb. and no issues yet. I keep expecting to start hearing it "clacking", but not yet.
