Is this noise normal for a ProCharger?

When I move the sc pulley back and forth rapidly, there is a clanking sound inside the case like there is alot of slack between the drive gears. Is that normal with these gear driven units?

Everyone I've worked on has had some play to it, made a little noise, normally when the gears were fully lubed it went away for the most part.

It has always been that way, never had any problems outta that head unit. It'll be fine, it's basically brand new.
