Why lock the APE thread??

Why lock the APE thread?? I think it's pretty shitty to lock the thread when they have brought any criticism on themselves!! Nick has been all over the place trumpeting how the "Black Mambo" was going to win thunder, break the LS1 record, and run in the 7s all in a matter of a month. Then "something" happens on the dyno and they cant even tell everyone what happened after 11 pages of curiousity?!?! That sucks!!!!
Peronally I don't believe it blew up. I think it either didn't make the power they hoped or they had a problem they aren't sure if they can fix in time. Either way, after literally MONTHS of hype, I think they at least owe an explanation!!! If not, I think it says ALOT of the kind of place Chris is running there!!!
Anyone who has put ANY car together knows the crap that can happen along the way!! A MILLION problems can arise!!! For whatever reason they thought they could make it happen sans ANY issues. Sounds pretty naive to me!!!
Maybe they should rename the car the "black mumbo jumbo"!!! Cause that's all this whole journey has been!!
BTW....Hope you guys DO make it to thunder.....Although I never thought you would!!!

You have nothing good to say and that's why they locked the other thread because of you, LT4bird, 99fbody99, PFM and ls1iroc, all of you have very high post counts here. plus most threads with over 200 replies kind of lose focus and who is going to read all the posts to even figure out whats going on. I didnt lock the other one but I'm sure it ran its course and someone decided it was enough.
