That is a matter of opinion and also depends on what your plans for the car are I use a 224/230 on a 114 it's pretty lopey and makes good power no surging or any idle problems. Stock heads I would stay in the 550-575 lift range. JMO. Good luck!

That is the same size cam i sujest to everyone with a stock motor.... PSJ knows that....
a 224/230 .560/.570 on a 114LSA should lope and not bleed of the boost you worked so hard to create..... YOu should be able to spin the motor to 6400 now, just make sure you op for a good set of double valve springs.....
