Bigbos I tried to explain shimming with some pictures as you asked. I also added a picture of some shimms (that I didn't use) that could go between bracket and piece that hold 90mm pulley. Don't know what you call that piece.... Anyway > take a look at that pictures and I hope that thay paint a better picture. I used washer shimms > .90

Yea, he defiently helped me get my stuff together......it was hard getting all of it from scratch.......

At 4500rmps I made 5 psi. I have yet to rev it to 6300. I'm trying to make sure it can handle that rpms before I get all over it. Right now it looks perfect. I had to remove a .90 shimm from top bracket spacer to align once again, but it looks good and I have not had the belt move at all. As soon as I open it all the way up I'll let you know. Probably going to take some timing out first. I'm running 23 degrees and that is to high.

Yea, I know my bracket has a slight flex to it, its not perfect shape, so I might need to take a small washer out, I'll see how the belt rides after I space that 90mm out though.....
