I tried to explain shimming with some pictures as you asked. I also added a picture of some shimms (that I didn't use) that could go between bracket and piece that hold 90mm pulley. Don't know what you call that piece.... Anyway > take a look at that pictures and I hope that thay paint a better picture. I used washer shimms > .90

It took 3 belts, many hours, phone calls to Kyle, and some beers to get it like that!

Yea, he defiently helped me get my stuff together......it was hard getting all of it from scratch.......

Now, I've done 2 belt changes on it, I still got some T&T on the street before winter hits......

At 4500rmps I made 5 psi. I have yet to rev it to 6300. I'm trying to make sure it can handle that rpms before I get all over it. Right now it looks perfect. I had to remove a .90 shimm from top bracket spacer to align once again, but it looks good and I have not had the belt move at all. As soon as I open it all the way up I'll let you know. Probably going to take some timing out first. I'm running 23 degrees and that is to high.

Yea, I know my bracket has a slight flex to it, its not perfect shape, so I might need to take a small washer out, I'll see how the belt rides after I space that 90mm out though.....

I got to get to that one of these days so I can put it together and get it out before the snow hits
