Fuel system for ATI?
Fuel system for ATI? What sort of fuel system is a MUST with an ati kit? Right now, I have an intank walbro 340, stock fuel lines to speed inc fuel rails with -8an crossover. Is a second pump really needed for 500-550 hp?
What all is involved with running the stock feed line as a return? How is the intank regulator removed? Any write-ups on this?

How far the fuel pump will go is up to how much HP you are making.... alot of people run a BAP (Boost A Pump) to raise the voltage to the pump wich increases FP. The stock lines will support that much HP..... you just need enough pump to push the fuel to the rails and the FP regulator has to be on or near the rails......with the FP reg at teh tank it wont do it..... so remove the FP reg at the pump and buy a aftermarket one at the rail..... Aueromotive sells a good one for $130-$140. What size Injectors are you running now??? It all adds up.....

It will be running 42# injectors. I am planning on getting a Hotwire kit asap. With the ragulator at the rails, I have to run some sort of return correct? Is there any way to run the stock return in the back with a regulator up front?

-8an as my feed out of my sumped metal tank
That feed goes into my passenger side rail.. then a -8an crossover to the drivers side. The out the back of the drivers side rail into the FP Reg. wich sits on my old stock feed wich is being used now as my return.
