![Question](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif)
I am have an P1SC-1 ATI procharger with a 3.6" pulley.
I am getting sick of these belt slippage problems and I was wondering a couple of things.
I am seeing 6-7 lbs of boost at 6500 rpm.
I would like to see the 6-7 lbs of boost at 6000 rpm.
What size pulley to achieve the desired boost at this rmp?
Should I go with a clog or an 8 rib?
Where is the best place to purchase for a good price?
Thank you in advance for the advice,
Matthew

So that means you are running your SC around 44416RPM at 6500RPM. If u get the ATI 8 rib which has a 7.65" crank pulley. U will need 4.10-4.15 SC pulley to get 6-7psi at 6000RPM. Im not sure what the SDEC crank pulley size is to give u the other estimate.

I'm running thw MMS crank pulley, Reichard Racing Ultra-Grip supercharger pulley, and Dayco Polycog belt.
I'm seeing 12psi and 6500 RPMs with no belt slippage, and my belt only has five ribs

Cogs work fine and are very consistent, but they're not forgiving... Make sure you've got a very strong bracket, a big-hub double-keyed dampner, and use locktite on all the bolts. Check them often, as well...

Many of us have tried cogs with no luck at all...... cogs are to hard on the crankshaft itself..... Go with a SDCE spring tensioned 8 rib setup..... the crank pulley on the SDCE setup is 7.25"s.......I had the MMS crank pulley setup with a stock motor and saw 11-12 psi on a stock motor at 6200 rpm's...... you might have to call Richard racing up and have a special pulley made for you because alot of the people running a stock motor and a SDCE kit with a 4" blower pulley are seeing over 8 psi..... R Racing pulleys are about double the price of ATI pulleys though...... do a search alot of us are very happy with our SDCE setups and see the same boost every time with while ruuning the same belt for a very long time...........

Thank you for the help.
I'll be ordering the SDCE 8 rib kit. BTW, I checked and I am running a 3.2" on the supercharger not a 3.6". Sorry about writing down the wrong size.
