intake selection
intake selection hey gang,
i did a search adn didn't really find any concrete answers.
i was wondering what intake would be good for my set up.
the motort is a 99SS with a mild cam. i have stock heads and i plan to run 5-6psi for a while, ramp it up to 10psi or so once i get some better heads on teh car.
i was looking at intakes and i was wondering if teh 78mm FAST intake was worth the price over an LS6 intake? i was also wondering about the throttle bodies taht FAST offers, are they worth it?
i am looking at intake options adn would like some solid advice before i buy. emissions is not a concern, and i am willing to pay more if there is a significant gain for the money.

from what i've heard on here the ls6 is still the best option search for rob raymer's post on it he went from stock ls1 intake to ls6 to fast intake and back to ls6.
