CAS guys inside
CAS guys inside Im going to start fabing up my CAS (clone) headers this weekend and i need to know what size of tubing to get for the primarys and the secondarys (tube that goes to turbo). Anybody know where i can get a set of header flanges?
What size of tubing are the down pipes made out of?

Flanges you can get from a bunch of places... I would recomend looking at either stainless works or SPD. As for tubing size, are you going with a log? If so, I know Rob went 1 3/4 to 3" on the QMP kit. I think 1 5/8 to 2 1/2" is plenty though. Downpipes I would try to make out of 3" Min.
For a moment, just ponder using shorty headers and mounting similar to where incons were...

shouldnt really be that hard to fab them up. just alot of patience and adjustment until you get them perfect. I already made all the flanges on my cnc mill.
Ive been thinking about putting them in the same place that incon did but i just hate the idea of a pump to get the oil back to the motor. shounds like a crutch.
