The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
Are you putting the BAT in the back
Where are you getting the pipes
what holds the bumper inplace now and do you have any pix
Can you clock the charger anyway???
Is there any other LT1 car out there with intercools
But keep up the pics guys. Getting some cool ideas
Thanks,
Josh

My bumper is held in w/ the same bolts it was before. The only thing that kept the nose from deflecting before was the styrofoam under it. I epoxied some thin aluminum reinforcement ribs to the back of the new bumper to make it a little more rigid.
My battery is in the back...no choice for me. Better weight distribution anyway.
Some early pics of my new nose...

The idea is the same, but I've had some fiberglass panels added to the bottom and the top to seal off the intercooler. Should work really well.

For cutting, an X-acto knife heated w/ a lighter does wonders to urethane. That's how I trimmed my rear bumper too.

I got a friend who does a lot of fiberglass body work...he's doing the rest of the work. I need to get pics of it. It's still kinda rough, but looks good.
