Default SC Belt Cheating with tall pulley flanges

My belt setup is pretty good right now, but there is one weak spot where on occasion a belt can jump. Most likely it's due to my tensioner not keeping up and some belt jump/slap and orbiting around 2 pulleys that are the weak link in my kit.

Was going to have the 2 ribbed pulleys re-done with .25" flanges. Belt jumps are rare and normally only jump 1 rib. Am also researching a better tensioner which is probably the best solution.

Anyone ever try this with flanges?
The problem is fairly minor at the moment. All pulleys laser aligned. I know it's a band-aid approach, but wondering if anyone else has done this in the past.
