cam question

Has anyone run a cam with positive overlap with their turbo setups? I have a cam with 5 degrees positive overlap and want to know if i can still use it for my turbo application. I will be using two logs with angles primaries to help flow and the crossover pipe will merge into a y before the turbo (I am not running the crossover thru the log). Here is my setup:

383ci LT1
AFR210's
T-76 Q Trim
Two 2.5" logs with 1 5/8" primaries
2.5" crossover
3" downpipe

I would like o make close to 700rwhp with 15psi (I also have a FMIC and alky setup).

I dunno about the cam but if your goal rwhp is 700 put a 4" downpipe and 4 inch exhaust on the car. along with a 3 inch crossover.

What is Mike running for a "downpipe"? Just a 3" right?

The cam is a custom S/C grind with 12 degrees seperation between the intake and exhaust, but 5 degrees total overlap.

His car doesn't really have a downpipe. He has the 3" exhaust then I dunno about the charge pipe I believe 21/2 or 3. On your set up any backpressure up there is gonna be a bad thing blow out seals and not spool or produce a nice early powerband.
