I'm running 18-19* at peak TQ and 20* up top for reference. I think you'll be ok with GM MLS now that the ARP's have stretched. Dump the cometics and check your head surface for sure and check engine deck if possible.

Honestly I would pulley the car for like 12psi and pump gas if you don't plan to upgrade the intercoolers. 14-15psi + pump gas and those coolers sounds like it's on the edge.
