FI and plenum size I was considering making an intake manifold now that I have access to a TIG welder. If I were to make the manifold from scratch, how would plenum volume affect performance on a forced induction engine, and why? Thanks!

it would probably increase flow and lower boost for a given power level. maybe you should start with a stock ls1 intake and hog it out. that would probably be easier than creating your own from scratch and since no one wants them you could get one cheap.
