How would i calculate Intercooler efficiency and sizing for my car?
It i'll be a 370CI Iorn Block with 16PSI boost.

You'll probably need a rough idea on hp numbers and the amount of room you have to work with to size the intercooler. Also whether it's A/A or A/W.

One of the most important things to consider when selecting an intercooler is how much space do you have for the unit. The intercooler with the a broader core face has more efficency then on that would be thicker and smaller. Alot of people are unable to run a large thin intercooler due to space issues but, need it to flow cfm in the masses. That when the designs usually get thicker and the efficiency drops off due to residuel heat passing through the thicker core. There is always a trade off......
