How about an update, good or bad. Man I hate it when vendors take your money and then just seem to disappear. Great customer service so far.

Ok guys, we have been VERY busy around here since the LT1 results came out and Viper results from this past week and weekend. Anyhow, the manufacture was suppose to drop ship these units out a while back to you. They then told us they only had 5, so they shipped the first 5 to us since they turned around and said they won't drop ship. So for the first 5 units, those have already been shipped to the first 5 on the list. Shipping out is according to the way they were ordered. The last 3 will ship to us this week. The manufacture promised us all the units were ready to go, but that was not so. So with that being said...

These were the first five that were ordered. Also the refund checks for you first five are being sent today. I thought about putting them in the boxes with the E-boost, but bad idea, if the packages are lost the money is SOL. So its safer to send them via mail seperately. Sorry for the delay.

Don't mean to pick on you only, I see it time and time again.
Keep the customer in the loop and they remain happy. Keep us in the dark and you get posts like I submitted this morning.
Again thanks for finally getting me the tracking #. puts my mind at ease that I didn't get ripped for $400.

I'd say this, though I've never done business with jose and his cohorts but concidering he posts here quite frequently, one would think that when he doesn't get right back to you, they are a little bit bogged down and hoppin' around. Good to know that yall are getting what you paid for though, and I personally would be a little ansy (sp) too spending that kinda money.
I don't get this board. Everyone wants a good deal on something so the sponsor's give it us and all I see time after time is member's bitching about where thier stuff is. Maybe I just understand because I owned a shop before. Dunno.

Hey fella's I'm cool with it if you guys are. The problem is some manufactures treat us small guys like we are nobodys. Whether they lie to us or not is not a big deal to them. 3-4K to these companies is like 3-4 dollars. It comes with the territory of being a small business compared to others.

Yeah....it comes with the trade. Only the OEM companies that have multimillion dollar accounts get any real pull with the manufactures. Just look at Garrett turbos.
