Yeha, but if LT1 guys had any money or sense, they'd be driving LS1s sorry, I couldn't resist.

If I did not live so far away (Texas) I would actually consider giving my car to you for a month or two. Come on, this is too good of a deal for us LT1 guys to pass up. $2000 to $2500 is a RIDICULOUS OFFER TO PASS UP ! We need to step up to the plate and get this done !!!!!!

Just out of curiosity, how far is it from Dallas (Texas) to where you live in Oregan ?

Every LT1 guy that reads this needs to put this link on the other message boards so we can get some quick action on this setup.

So it looks like Carnutz, RealQuick and myself (96Silverram) are saying were intereseted in putting some money together. Carnutz are you considering taking your car to PHAMSPEED as a donor ? Let's get together on this and get 2 more guys to meet the 5 person quota !

I guess I would need a couple of assurances, Obviously phamspeed makes a decent kit, but I need a little more info, I am looking at making some pretty serious power, (~850RWHP) and somewhat streetable, (Yea I know) So with that being said what kind of layout are you (Phamspeed) looking at? something simular to PTK? What material will the hot parts be built out of? stainless or mild steel? What size primarys are they going to be? Where is the down pipe going to run? I want to retain all of my accessorys, short of the smog pump. Are we talking intercooler included too or no? yada yada yada.
As far as my car for a pattern H$ll ya, the car is in storage now and could be either transported to Oregon or driven. I have a friend with a Trucking Co so either shipping it to you or driving out to drop it off and hitching a ride back (or a flight) isnt out of the question.(I went to Cali last spring to pick up a nother car so what the heck "road trip!!") As far as the $2500 I can do that. the month time frame would be coool for me too.
There is a few questions I need answered before I commit but I certanly call "dibs" Ohhh and BTW you do have a PM....

Carnutz, RealQuick, 96 SilverRam and superchargedblkls1. Wow, 1 more. That would be awesome if Carnutz could use his vehicle for the prototype. Let's keep the momentum on this LT1 kit .
