need help with heads and cam w/ t-63

need help with heads and cam w/ t-63 we are fixing a true hack job from another shop and the owner would like to have his motor done correct this time. Here's whats done so far
383 CI
9.0-1 comp Diamond turbo pistons
6.125 eagle rods
Callies racemaster 4.000 crank
LS1 motorsport turbo set up with a T-63 turbo
cam is INT 218 564 EX 213 540 and a 116 LSA
So my ? is what would the BEST HEADS to run with this set up and should we also go to a larger cam?? Thanks
