From what im seeing with the 60lbs i think they are good up to 650rwhp on a SC'd LS1 or 750rwhp on a Turbo running 60psi of FP and over 100% DC.
The reason Mightey Mouse got away with 60#ers is he was running 80psi of fiel pressure. 60 psi base FP and a 20 psi rise with a boost ref. FP reg. The Meth injection helped also...... and it does go farther on a turbo..... and if you read Motrons site the Motron 60# inlector will flow up to 83#s with enough fuel pressure..... ill find the link

42's
So on 42's with higher fuel pressure how many # can they push out. I pushed out 617rwhp on a mustang dyno with 42's and meth at 11.1 afr. I need to upgrade to 60's but have yet to do so.

OK I hate to bring up a semi-old thread but I'm at my wits end and you guys are my last hope I've got a 100% stock GTO with a ProCharger on it pushing 9PSI. The injectors that come with the procharger kit are 38lbs (L67 3800) and I'm currently at 23ms or about 115% duty cycle on them at 6000 RPM, not good. Anyhow I have a set of flowmatched 60lbs Mototrons that I tried to tune in today and I'll be damned if I didnt rip my hair out. With the 38's in the LT's between banks are within 1% typically or dead even (pretty nice eh?) with the motortrons in at idle, the PCM is ADDING fuel no matter how I scale the IFR, and the bank to bank LT's can be as much as 6% off. Even stranger I had one bank (B1) hang itself at 880mv at idle as soon as the fan turns on or some other load is applied to the engine, the O2 swings again. Any input? I'm at my wits end here I thought for sure this would be an easy swap, to that end is there a competant tuner in SE Michigan that could help me out with this? Any input is GREATLY appreciated!
