Cost of Building Forged 346 vs 408 for FI?
317 casting 6.0L heads.... 2.02 1.57 valves... and the intake i had a weind/Lingenfelter intake on it but couldnt get it to seal..... so i swaped my LS1 intake back on and i have no doubt we will make over 800 with it........ ill throw a LS6 on there sooner or later ..... its the least of my worries.....

Also a few other upgrades we can do.
Custom Pistons are always on the menu, especially for big boost vehicles. The shelf stock stuff is very strong, but when you do a custom piston you can really tailor make it around your needs. Compression, thickness through the top, skirt profile, etc.
Upgraded connecting rods. As a standard we use the Compstar H-Beam LS1 Rods, we can also upgrade to the Callies I-Beam connecting rods in quest of more strength.
The stock crank, is more than up to the challenge as we have proven time and time again. However if you wanted there are stock stroke, after market replacements.
All in all, the Cheap Street 370 has a lot of quality parts in it. Maybe the Bargain Street 370 is a better way to call it.

Thanks for the info guys. I would really like just a 370 setup like Nasty was discussing that would hold around 650-750 fwhp. I'm not going after Harlan or anyone!
