Turbo VS SC
1. They sound cooler, especially when they are winding down after a burnout
2. It is cheaper. You can get a complete IC'ed setup for around 4-6k. With a SC, the kit is around that price and you still should but don't HAVE to buy headers.
3. No belt slippage and you can raise or lower the boost with a touch of a button.
1 & 3 are just my opinion and I am sure someone can prove #2 wrong but I am speaking relatively.
So, get a turbo. Mecham's video sold me on that!
You can't get a roots type s/c on an LS1 without major modifications and they are less efficient than the centrifugals.
Good luck,
Mike

or if your more serious, look at the other bigger kits, f1's against gt42's or gt76's. im not too familiar with it all, just know that they exist.
