Default Blowby & Oil out Breathers...

Car is running strong, feels great.

Anyone have more blowby experience here with FI?
How much oil is normal to blow out your breathers? Currently have 1 on front Pass valve nub and 2nd on rear Driver valve nub.

Am getting oil blownby out the passenger breather. Not sure how much, but filter was 2/3 wet in oil. What size breathers should be used? Could mine be too small?

I have a McMaster Carr checkvalve in place for my PCV system, but am thinking of just capping off the PCV while testing the blowby problem for now.

How much blowby is normal at 1100-1200cfm/12-13psi on a H/C motor?

TIA!

With a newer forged motor you should see too much blowby, with my old car I could see some slight "steam" coming from the passanger side one, I always got more out the smaller one I had at the rear of the motor on the driver side.....

Now....excessive would be my old stock 346c.i. motor.....oil dripping out the breathers and flowing to the headers and burning it off sitting at stoplights, that was fun....I could of probably filled a catch can in 10 mins....lol.....

As long as your oil levels are not falling too much at all times I wouldn't worry about it...
