John, look at post #8...I listed all the specs....the car sputters for a second and then falls off in power. It starts to pick back up immediately but we were getting out of the throttle pretty quick when it was doing this. The run/pull wasn't going to be any good anyway so no need to chance anything.

.030 is a fine gap, I ran .035 on my old tr6's.....

It doesn't sound like a belt issue....

Its got to be in the coil packs if anything if the car is cutting out, are the fuel pumps keeping up with the runs, if the relay is shorted out that can cut fuel I know this happened to my car before when the relay went bad it would cut out completely and then jump back alive....

Bos, fuel is great so I pretty much ruled that out. I'm testing the belt out here in a couple hours.

Sounds like an issue we ran into with Tom's car Mark. It turned out to be his cam position sensor. Was not throwing any codes either

What happened to the SB I built? Just decide to upgrade?

Not yet MM, I have a spare set of valve covers, coil brackets and a set of OEM wires. I would like to buy a set of truck coils to mount on them and try that. I hate to take apart my relocation brackets right now (PITA to take off). Why do you think this is the issue? Could the relocation brackets put the coils to close together and cause a problem? Or do you think it's the Taylor Thundervolt wires? My set-up is very "show" as you have seen. Not being able to keep the smooth covers and relocation set-up would be a big time bummer.

Here is a few things tha6t come to mind

1- 918 valve springs are at there limit and can easilly float at your level.
2-timing,I don't know your compression but I know too much or too little timing can cause it to break up.
3-12-1 A/F is alittle lean on a dyno.I would drop it back to 11-1 till you get the breakup problem fixed.
