Procharger and cali smog ques I understand the P1sc is carb cert but the d1sc is not. If the unit is the same besides the immpeller curve why is one legal and the other not? Can i pass a D1sc as a P1sc? I am going FI and i want to be able to pass smog. I really dont want a P1sc when i can get a D1sc for little bit more money. All help would be really appreciated.
