procharger belt prolems
The pullies are not aligned right. U might want to check the alignment on the pullies. I ran my car hard for 3K miles now with no problems. I didnt even had to touch the belt, not even once.
1. Pullies alignment and u can adjust that by shiming the SC pulley which is the easiest to adjust.
2. Your bracket could be flexing too much which can cause this problem. Check the bracket and see if there are any marks of movement. You can solve this problem by getting a steel bracket instead of the aluminum one.
By the way whats your setup? How much boost are u running? If u are running more than 12psi then it could be the bracket flexing. Im going to try to push 12psi out of my stock 8 Rib ATI system and see how it goes. Im going to report the findings soon.
Simple thing to check first BTW...if the tensioner spins freely.... i'd bet its belt misalignment.

Alignment is usually the #1 problem.
