Adjusting ATI Race Bypas Valve?

Anyone have any tips on how to adjust this thing? Right now it is fully open at idle. I haven't been able to drive the car so I don't know if it is closing all the way under throttle. Any tips are welcome. Thanks!

I have mine set so it is just starting to close with idle vacuum.

Have somebody rap the gas and you should see it slam shut......wear earplugs.
