Default phamspeed kit

i'm debating between the phamspeed and ptk kit. is the difference of the tubular manifolds worth that much more. will i be able to make 650-700 hp later or will i be limited by the stock manifolds. the only thing thats keeping me back from the phamspeed kit is if the tubular manifolds, are they really worth it. what do u guys think.

look up in the dyno section the difference a fbody picks up between stock and LT headers. That would just be compounded IMO when trying to spool a turbo. I was very when pham stoped takin orders on their manifold kit.

thats what i thought when i was compairing the phamspeed vs ptk vs tti street kits. the ptk is the only one priced without a turbo which makes it fairly sneaky (im sure not intended). Due to the price of ptk and the stock manifolds on the pham i sided with a tti kit (used but still).

Honestly I dont think the sotck manifolds will hinder you that much, if you really want a manifold kit, get some shorty headers for the kit, itll flow more
alot of mustang guys have made turbo kits with sortie headers, adn a y-pipe setup, and made a ton of power.

I think youll be fine with the phamspeed kit.

The old phamspeed kit did come with the shorty headers & not useing the stock manifolds. Looks like they just changed it recently with their price hike.

youll make that power goal without a problem as long as you have all the supportive mods.ohio boys are gobs of power with the truck heads.as long as you get the 01 and up headers which flow better you should be ok

Hmm, I still have my stock 01 manifolds too. So you think they'll work well with a 700rwhp or so setup? Thanks.

Mike got the phamspeed kit I was looking at. I could wait untill he gets tired of it. That should only take a couple of months at most. Then just get a smaller turbo for it. I'll hang the kooks on the wall in the garage after I go turbo. Just in case.

Guys W2W made 1600HP through stock truck manifolds. With 00 up cast manifolds you will have NO problems making your target HP goals.
