Default Progress on turbo kit....

Well, here are some progress pics. I am waiting for two more v-band clamp assemblies and the hotside (not including DP) should be close to done. Just need wastegate provisions (waiting for my Tial 44mm gate) and O2 bungs. This is for a 383 LT1. I used 2 slp passenger side shorty headers. Looking to run 12-15psi with 93 plus meth.

383LT1
AFR210’s (310cfm/220cfm @ .600)
LT4 intake with Monoblade TB
Cam Motion 223/217 or Comp Cam 230/224
M6 with McCleod street twin
9” rear w/3.55 gears

They are two passenger side headers (so yes they are same).

It is very tight. i am just worried about clearing the steering shaft, thats why i went high. We'll see when it goes in the car . Hopefully the worst case is i may need to dent or flatter a few spots

Thanks. Its my first time making a kit. When all is said and done i am sure there were different things here and there that could have been done to make it more efficient, but I can say "I made the kit". I can take pride in that. Since I fixed the gas regulation issue the weld have gotten cleaner. Some looked pretty gross before. I am a first time welder by the way

Nice work.

What's your compression?
What turbo are you using?
What's your target HP?
