supercharger gurus step in--> i wanted to know how much rwhp can i expect with a procharger kit (base kit) on a bone stock 04 z06 if everything remains the same?(stock exhaust, stock internals..etc) is it possible to hit say may be 500rwhp tuned properly?
Which ProCharger kit? The P-1SC or the D-1SC? If you have not already purchased the kit I would *highly* recommend that you look into either an ECS or A&A ProCharger setup.
500 rwhp is very doable with stock hardware.

500 HP on near 11:1 compression is a cinch to do. It only takes a couple pounds of boost (around 6 psi on a Z06).
Just make sure the tune is VERY conservative due to the high static compression of the motor. Alot of people have popped stock Z06's with low/moderate boost.
