Help on how ATI is installed

Help on how ATI is installed I've been researching prochargers for about 2 weeks and I'm still confused on how the D1SC kit is installed and what is included. If I were to order a D1SC kit would it install on my stock pulley? Are all D1SC's of the 8 rib design now? I know the superdampner aids in belt slippage but do I absolutely need this with the D1SC or just the D1SC 8 rib? If I get the superdampner do I need to take the stock pulley off?
Sorry if some of these questions are stuped, but this whole pulley thing has me really confused.

I just helped a friend with the D1 and 8 rib pulleys. The instruction manual says you need the ATI super damper and pin kit for the 8 rib. They did not send this stuff so we had to order it and wait. But there is no way the 8 rib pulley will bolt on the stock one.
