Timing with 6 PSI

Timing with 6 PSI How much WOT timing are you running with max 6 PSI of boost? (non intercooled Vortech or Powerdyne).
I tried a scale from 17* to 21* and saw no power increase on the dyno.
I have stock internals, AFR = 12.5, no KR and inject 4GPH 50% ethanol to keep the charge air cool (80F max).
AFR was measured injectin water alone.
Have I already reached the max power so no more timing will help?
