408 with a magnacharger?

Can I bolt my magnacharger onto a 408? would I need to increase the boost or what?

You will likely need to pulley it up to stay at the same boost level. It only displaces so much air each revolution, so it will have to be spun harder to keep up.

No, Dont do it, the magna only seems to be able to support about 500wheel hp, I would look into other alternatives, wait for Kenne Bell.

I agree that you will be out of the efficiency range of that particular head unit at this level. As hard as you will have to spin it, it will be creating more and more heat, which is only going to lead to problems.

The 408 will swallow the Magna and spit it through the exhaust

... Get a real S/C such as F1 or F1-R. Good luck

You would need 2 of them to feed a 400+ motor. It has been done.
