Not making full boost!
Not making full boost! I bought an 8lb Procharger system from EPP but is only making 6lb of boost??? 
I installed the Procharger a few weeks ago and finally got it dyno-tuned. The max hp I got was just a little over 400. This isn't too hot considering previous dyno before the procharger was 315. Less than 100 hp gain.
Has anyone else had a similar problem with not making the intended boost? Is there any way to correct this with the existing components?

Bob probably ordered the kit under the assumption that the car was 100% stock, but since you have headers and a cat-back, you've gotten rid of some that restriction, which results in less boost. (Not a bad thing.) All you have to do is put on a smaller pulley to get back up to 8psi.
I agree the pulley will change the boost level. I was curious if there is anything else which can alter the boost.
When I ordered the system I talked in full detail with Bob about what was already on my car. I questioned him on each and every step involved and he had full knowledge of what is on my car. Now whether or not that was conveyed to ATI .......
Besides, I don't think the shorty headers make any less restriction than stock on the '01 and '02 cars.

6 rib setup or 8 rib???? I never could get the advertised boost from what ATI said..... I bet its belt slip though..... what size pulleys and were are you shifting at?? I always got belt slip with the stock pulley setup..... until i swaped to SDCE spring tensioned 8 rib setup... the more belt wrap helped out so much.
