I'm running a -4 feed, -10 return.

Any hp guess's on what it will make, it's a 241 stock headed stock cube ls1 with a comp cam .228 .236 .588- .601 on 114. I was think of somehwere in the lines of 12-15#'s with race gas.

Turbosmart boost controller thats listed on the GP by Jose.
Looks to be the one to get. I have the lowly dual stage turbosmart boost controller 12psi low boost and 18psi high boost for my two stages.

Is your oil return higher than the pan with the turbo placed right there, or do you have an oil pump on the return line? I was having some drain back issues with mine just a lil above the crank pulley. I had to restrict the oil line. I still get a puff of oil smoke when I have to stop hard or when I beat the car a lil.

I think im going to run the same BC as you. One setting for street use and one on KILL for the track. I have other things i need before i spend $400+ on a elec BC.

Being an electronic boost controller how would it know what gear the car is in if I want to leave, I have a turbo 350? Also I was just thinking of running a manual boost controller inside the car, kinda like an air line press controller. Thank you for your help guy's.

Looks like the kit MetalMan was making...I am interested on how the system will react with the turbo mounted to the chassis. I know there are flex sections...post results when you get it running!

how does the intercooler go?
i see it has two inlets merging into the trottle body, but looks like a single intercooler and turbo set up?

The intercooler has a single inlet with dual outlets, inlet is on the drivers side and the outlets are on the top. Yes it is also the kit metal man is doing.
