Default What size oil restrictor?

I'll be getting a Z06 pump for the forged shortblock, and I don't want to start blowing past the seals of the turbos.

What size restrictor(s) would you use for the feed to both, or the feed to each?

Thanks.

If you have the Incon turbos, most of the turbos they used have orifices built into the housing. Mine difently did, it had a pin hole sized opening. Pull out the inlet adapter and you will be able to tell.
