Supercharger Tuning help
Supercharger Tuning help Hello, I am new here and writing to ask what changes have to be made to the computer after installing a powerdyne supercharger. I bought it used and it didn't have the superchips program. I have a diablo predator so I just need to know what parameters to change. I read somewhere that a 10% retard on timing at wide open throttle is good. Is this right? Please help.
Car? Mods? How much boost are you expecting?
I have a 6 PSI Vortech, probably not so different boost than the Powerdyne.
If you have Edit I can send you my program (original Vortech tune + some adjustments).
Just to don't melt the engine: 17* timing and 12 AFR.
Without a tune I would stay below 3000 rpm or so, don't go boost!
